Privacy Policy
This notice explains how contact enquiries, comments and website services involve information when you use the TerryKX Media website.
Who is responsible for this website?
TerryKX Media is my personal PPC consultancy. I’m Terry, and this notice explains the information involved when you use this website, send an enquiry or use its comment facilities.
For questions about this notice or your information, use the Contact page and mention “Privacy request” in your message. The optional service-interest and budget fields can be left blank for a privacy enquiry.
Information you send through the Contact form
The form asks for your name, email address and project message. You may also provide your website, company, service interest, target markets and languages, and approximate monthly advertising spend.
I use the context you provide to understand your enquiry, consider whether the requested work fits, reply and discuss the scope of a possible engagement. Optional fields can be left blank. Please avoid sending advertising account passwords, payment details or confidential customer records in your message.
The form uses Contact Form 7 and is configured to send an email notification to the website’s contact inbox, which uses Outlook. Contact Form 7 does not provide its own database of enquiry entries. The current form integration is not configured to automatically sync your name and email to Hostinger Reach.
Comments on the Blog
On posts where comments are enabled, WordPress processes the name, email address, comment and any optional website address you submit, together with technical comment information such as an IP address and browser user agent.
An approved public comment can display your submitted name, website link and comment. Your email address is not part of the public comment display. Avoid including private client information or other material you do not want published in a comment.
The comment form offers an optional choice to remember your name, email and website in browser cookies for later comments. You can leave this unchecked.
Hosting, email and external resources
Hostinger hosts this WordPress website. Hosting and email delivery services process information required to operate the site and route enquiry notifications. The configured notification inbox uses Microsoft’s Outlook service.
The website also loads Google Fonts for typography and a Hostinger Reach frontend script. Loading these external resources causes your browser to contact the relevant provider, which receives technical request information such as your IP address and browser details.
Further information is available from Hostinger’s privacy policy, Microsoft’s privacy statement and Google Fonts’ privacy information. These references describe the providers’ own services; they do not establish a particular storage country or retention period for this website.
Cookies and analytics
WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-ins. Comment-author cookies can remember details when the optional comment checkbox is selected. Browser settings allow you to review, block or clear cookies; blocking a cookie can affect the function it supports.
The reviewed public homepage and Contact page did not contain configured GA4, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel tags. Google Fonts and the Reach resource described above still create external browser requests. This notice must be updated if analytics, advertising tags or other data-collection features are added.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry correspondence is handled through the configured email system. This notice does not specify a fixed retention period for enquiry correspondence. Use the Contact page to ask about a particular enquiry or request its deletion.
Comments and their associated metadata remain in WordPress while the comment records are retained. Browser cookies may remain until they expire or you clear them. Provider-managed technical records and backups are subject to the relevant service’s processing arrangements.
Questions and requests concerning your information
You can use the Contact form to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or raise an access or deletion request. Explain what information or enquiry your request concerns and provide an email address for the reply.
You may also ask who can access information relating to your enquiry and whether it is held in any additional systems. A privacy request does not require advertising account passwords or confidential customer records.
