eCommerce PPC Management with Commercial Context

I help online stores connect Google Ads and Facebook Ads with purchase goals and the realities of the business. A useful campaign plan considers the product range, margins, average order value and customer journey alongside the figures in the advertising account.

The service works with relevant store platforms, including Shopify where appropriate. The platform you use is one part of the plan, not the definition of the service.

Start with the products and the economics

Before deciding where to increase spend, I want to understand which products matter to the business, their availability, the offer and the room available for acquisition costs. A strong reported ROAS does not automatically establish profit, especially when returns, delivery costs or margins differ across products.

Average order value, product priorities and repeat-purchase context can help explain what a useful order looks like. I agree acquisition targets using your commercial context and reliable campaign data.

Search demand and purchase discovery

Google Ads

Search can address product and category intent. Shopping and Performance Max can connect campaigns with product feed data, while suitable YouTube or remarketing activity can support the wider plan. I review the role of each campaign, search terms, assets, budget and recorded purchase value.

Facebook and Instagram

Product presentation, offers and creative testing help customers understand why the product is relevant. I review campaigns, audience choices and suitable retargeting through Meta, then compare purchases and value with the website experience and your business feedback.

Specific work that supports purchase decisions

The work can include campaign structure, product or category priorities, feed-related checks, keywords and search terms, ad copy, creative testing, budget allocation and bidding. The precise deliverables depend on the account and the scope we agree.

Tracking checks review whether purchases and values are recorded as intended. Landing page recommendations consider product information, the offer, calls to action, mobile usability and checkout barriers. A campaign cannot explain missing delivery information or a difficult buying process after the click.

Feed changes, creative production, website development and substantial tracking implementation require clear responsibilities. They are not automatically unlimited inclusions in every monthly management package.

Measures that deserve attention together

Campaign measures

Purchases, cost per purchase, conversion value and ROAS describe reported advertising outcomes. I also review changes in spend and conversion rate so a ratio is not read without its scale or reporting period.

Business context

Margins, average order value, product availability and reliable information about order quality help interpret the campaign. Recorded conversion value should be reconciled with your reporting definitions before it is treated as revenue.

Working process and evidence

You share the store, markets, product priorities, approximate monthly ad spend and current concern. We review existing campaigns or agree a starting plan, check the measurement and implement the agreed tasks. I explain priorities as performance and business feedback become available.

You keep ownership of the store and ad accounts. Access is arranged through the supported platform tools. Approved product assets, accurate offers and feedback on commercial constraints help keep the work focused.

My Portfolio includes anonymized Google Ads sales reports and Facebook Ads purchase reports with their original periods. The cards distinguish platform-reported ROAS from calculations based on spend and conversion value.

Pricing and eCommerce questions

Monthly fees are per ad account: $300 for monthly spend up to $3,000, $600 for spend between $3,000 and $9,000, and Premium starting at $900 above $9,000. Campaign count and workload determine final pricing. Ad spend is separate, and one fee does not automatically cover Google and Meta accounts together. Review pricing and project scope.

Do you only work with Shopify stores?

No. Shopify is relevant when it is your store platform, but the service is broader. The account plan follows your products, markets, measurement and website setup.

Can you promise a particular ROAS?

No. Past reports do not forecast your results. I assess goals using your economics and reliable data, then explain what the account shows and what still needs testing.

Is website redevelopment included?

No automatic full website build is included. I can identify purchase barriers and recommend landing page changes. Any implementation, design or development work must have an agreed scope.

Discuss the right scope for your business

Tell me about your website, target markets, advertising spend and main priority. I will review the context and discuss a practical scope with you before any work starts.
