Agency and white-label engagements receive a separate written quote. The published monthly minimum and progressive spend schedule is for website direct-client ongoing management. For your agency, I agree the account list, platforms, markets, campaigns, reporting, coordination and fee before work starts. Advertising spend is separate.

A practical handover for each client account
Before account work begins, your agency and I need the same view of the client’s offer, markets, budget, conversion definitions and approval responsibilities. A short account brief helps maintain continuity when the work involves several clients or a takeover from another specialist.
- Business context: the offer, service area or delivery markets, product priorities and important constraints.
- Account context: current campaigns, recent changes, measurement concerns and the available baseline.
- Delivery context: agreed tasks, approved assets, access owners and the person who can approve changes.
- Reporting context: definitions, reporting dates, internal format and the next decisions your agency needs to make.
I retain the relevant history and identify immediate issues before recommending broad restructuring. That helps your agency explain the plan to its client and distinguish an essential fix from an optional test.
Keep ongoing coordination focused
A useful internal update explains what changed, what the evidence shows and what is needed next. If an asset, website fix or business decision is blocking progress, it should have a clear owner. Your agency can then manage the client relationship with a practical view of the account work.
