White-Label Google Ads & Meta Ads Management for Agencies

Personally managed by Terry. I handle your campaign strategy, hands-on account management, optimization and performance updates myself. You communicate directly with me throughout the engagement.

PPC execution behind your agency’s brand. I provide independent Google Ads and Meta Ads support for web design, SEO, social media and boutique marketing agencies that need experienced PPC execution without hiring a full-time specialist.

You keep ownership of the client relationship. I work within an agreed scope, handle the campaign work and provide clear internal updates—without unnecessary meetings or extra layers of communication.

Clear Responsibilities, Less Administration

What I Handle

Agreed PPC strategy and hands-on execution; account analysis and campaign optimization; practical testing and concise internal performance updates.

What Your Agency Controls

The client relationship and client-facing communication; final business information, approved offers and assets; contractual arrangements, approvals and required technical support.

I normally coordinate through your designated agency contact. Information sharing follows agreed permissions and confidentiality terms; direct client communication is optional and separately scoped.

Scope, Pricing & Reporting

Agency and white-label engagements receive a separate written quote. The published monthly minimum and progressive spend schedule is for website direct-client ongoing management. For your agency, I agree the account list, platforms, markets, campaigns, reporting, coordination and fee before work starts. Advertising spend is separate.

A practical handover for each client account

Before account work begins, your agency and I need the same view of the client’s offer, markets, budget, conversion definitions and approval responsibilities. A short account brief helps maintain continuity when the work involves several clients or a takeover from another specialist.

  • Business context: the offer, service area or delivery markets, product priorities and important constraints.
  • Account context: current campaigns, recent changes, measurement concerns and the available baseline.
  • Delivery context: agreed tasks, approved assets, access owners and the person who can approve changes.
  • Reporting context: definitions, reporting dates, internal format and the next decisions your agency needs to make.

I retain the relevant history and identify immediate issues before recommending broad restructuring. That helps your agency explain the plan to its client and distinguish an essential fix from an optional test.

Keep ongoing coordination focused

A useful internal update explains what changed, what the evidence shows and what is needed next. If an asset, website fix or business decision is blocking progress, it should have a clear owner. Your agency can then manage the client relationship with a practical view of the account work.

For takeover preparation, see the account handover guide and the PPC preparation checklist.

White-Label PPC Questions

Will you contact my agency’s clients directly?

Not by default. I work through your designated agency contact. Client-facing communication or meetings only form part of the engagement when specifically agreed.

Can you manage Google Ads and Facebook or Instagram Ads?

Yes. I work on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Each platform and advertising account is scoped separately so that the responsibilities and fees remain clear.

Can you support English and Chinese-language advertising?

Yes, depending on the agreed campaign requirements. I support English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese advertising copy and market-appropriate messaging. See Multilingual PPC for examples.

Do you offer one-off PPC reviews or temporary agency support?

Yes. I can discuss a focused account audit, a defined implementation project or temporary capacity. Scope, availability and delivery expectations are confirmed before work begins.

Make a new client account easier to hand over

Start with one agreed account brief: the offer, market, advertising platform, current issue and the person who can approve changes. Include the active service dates, important conversion definitions and the assets the agency is authorized to use.

For ongoing management, define what needs an agency decision before it reaches the client: a budget change, a new offer, missing creative or a website dependency. A concise internal update can then connect the completed work with the next approval.

Explore account takeover checks, prioritizing audit findings and the preparation checklist. The website fee examples describe direct-client management. Agency account delivery, coordination and any standalone project are priced in your written quote.

Need Reliable PPC Support Behind Your Agency?

Share the platforms, approximate number of accounts, client markets and whether you need ongoing management or a defined project. I’ll assess the scope and confirm a practical way to work together.
